Asheville Wedding Weekend

Happy October, friends! It’s finally cold here and I can hardly keep myself from smiling. I literally love this time of year better than any other part of the year. Last weekend, we drove up to Asheville to see one of my best high school friends get married to the man of her dreams. The Biltmore is probably one of the prettiest wedding venues I’ve ever seen. Their ceremony overlooked the mountains at sunset and couldn’t have been more beautiful. I’ve said this before, but it’s always so sweet to get to see one of your best friends pledge to spend their life with the person they love most. I love getting to see my friends start marriages, families and adventures. There’s something just so special about witnessing your friends’ and loved ones’ big moments in life. :)

A few sweet bridesmaids and a really big house.

For the weekend celebration, Matt and I stayed at the cutest B&B called the Sweet Biscuit Inn and I’d highly recommend it! The couple who own this beautiful home are both so kind and hospitable. They make their guests this incredible breakfast and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat just for the food. 😉 Plus, it’s a really great location…close to downtown and the Biltmore. The day after the wedding, Matt and I toured the Biltmore and explored the property a bit more. Such a sweet weekend to kick off fall! Enjoy a few photos from the wedding and stay tuned for photos of our day exploring the Biltmore.

Gosh, this view.
